People often say how difficult it is to 'keep going'. We're all human and it's easier to begin any positive changes than to persevere.

To keep going, we need to take action to get some positive reinforcement. That's why we created 'Eve's Thought for your Day' page for you, on this website. That's good, but not enough.

That's why I recommend that you keep yourself going by investing in good resources, books and tapes.

People often say to me 'I wish I could take you home with me to keep me going!' Not quite possible, but the next best thing is me in writing or on tape. As time goes on, you will be able to find here details of books and tapes created by me to meet your needs. For starters, you can be one of the first to benefit from our first audio tape:
